"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

I don’t know what to say: I didn’t think “Canadian” and “spice up our love life” belonged together….

…the sun and it’s light reflections with the couple walking in shadow gives this comic an almost real look to it…and then you notice the bees….

No matter how bizarre, perverse, or obscene
There is always someone turned on by an oddity.

Just don’t call me “honey.”

Those bees could be a flock of birds, but further away behind the couple.

Buzzzzzzzzz, aye.

Those are definitely bees. I can see their stingers and little bee-tennas from here. Besides, even bees on a bee beard fly around from time to time.

So Teresa’s gotten over the whole “BOYS ARE CARTOONISTS!” fiasco and is back to baiting pervs away from Yenny and Liberty Meadows. Cool.

What are you talking about razorback2824? Bee beards are a turn-on?! As for baiting pervs from other strips, my guess is that FA has its own cult and doesn’t need bait.

I remember something about jonny biggun (?). Who has that link? Or was it on Teresa’s blog? Where’s the blog link?

I don’t get the joke. Guess I’m not a perv.

There’s nothing perverted about today’s strip! It is what it is.

True love is kissing someone with a beard of bees…Or is it true stupidity?Ooops I forgot, Love and Stupidity are one in the same.

Hey, Canadians are sexy! Newfoundlanders have more sex than anyone else in North America!
ransomknotts said, 5 months ago
If you say so.

Hugh: Translate!
Hugh B. Hayve said, 5 months ago
That means “I love you, dam it!” in French Canadian

Fancy that, a lesson about the birds and the bees right here on Frog Applause.
