"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

Good one, farlefty.
The horses had to climb one on top of the other to make it across, which wasn’t a pleasant experience for the bottom most equine. Lord Pantleroy was forced to wear his sh!t kickers everyday, which caused great unhappiness among the boot blacks.

Eventually, it got so big that someone decided it needed a name. Henceforth, it became known as DC (Diddly Crap)>

This must have happpened in Denmark or Norway (because of the ΓΈ). On the other hand, I wouldn’t put it past Teresa to set it in the Faroe Islands.

Time to do the dredging! Any volunteers?
And um … that looks to me like Milady Pantleroy.

If they had have laughed it would have been that ‘muwhahaha’ laugh of fat spiders, over-the-hill baritones, newly-emptied rubbish tins and the vaults of giant corporations made mainly of glass and arrogance.

A local farmer was working on a tractor. It tipped over and pinned him beneath it, where he drowned in the bottom of his manure lagoon.

Until one day, a boy saw his favorite Bollywood film star from across the lagoon and swam across to get his autograph.
