"Frog Applause reminds one of learning to read, in the sense that each word in the captions seems 'surprising' and new. Teresa's writing takes one back to that fresh state of mind (typical of, but of course not limited to, childhood) in which the brain, free of preconceptions, doesn't 'fill in' any blind spots along the way but rather wholly embraces the present moment as it unfolds. Every sentence is literally an imagination-expanding adventure." — Craig Conley, author of One-Letter Words: A Dictionary (HarperCollins)

You’re complaining about MILK DUDS??? Complaining about candy corn I can get, but who in their right mind complains about Milk Duds?

What are milk duds? In Australia ‘duds’ are trousers. And milk is, well, milk.

freddk, judging by your avatar, I deduct you must be my long lost brother, lost to me in the late 60s in a cloud of bong smoke while we were stage front watching Frank Zappa singing “…cover my daughter with chocolate syrup…”. I had turned to peruse the comely lass to my right and when I turned back you were gone.

Think how the people in the other dimension feel about it. They had their hearts set on Marshmallow Peeps.

~It’s the time zone that I reside in. The comics switch over at 11:13 PM, Mountain Standard Time. Since I’m still up to read the new ‘Pibgorn’, I read the rest of my favorites, too.

~Mmm, they sound pretty good to me. Do they use dark chocolate?

Milk “duds” ended up so named since the original intent was a perfectly round candy. It never quite made it and looked like a dud (slang for unexploded bomb).
Gweedo Murray said, 9 months ago
How about these ?

Tim Tams sound like a cross between these and Kit Kat.
