A pig on a cattle drive?
Don’t the cowboys know that the pig is in the herd?

A lot easier than herding cats, the other white meat…

That ‘pig’ either has four ears or two ears and two horns. Put that together with the long tail, and I think it’s supposed to be a calf. Cartoon biology.

I agree, ottod - I think that is supposed to be a calf. Look at the snouts on the other cattle in the herd.

These two are unequally yoked when it comes to an eye to eye understanding of ‘meat’.

One of the oldest questions in philosophy.
Are we meat or do we just inhabit meat?

Maybe the little one had a boar for a father. And that’s why it looks like a pig with little horns.
If that thing is supposed to be a calf, it is poorly drawn.
In real cattle drives, it was unlikely that a little calf would be included, especially if the drive was to a stockyards where they would be waiting for a train to a large city where they would be butchered.
Why unlikely, that’s because calves were left back at the ranch to be raised for the cattle drive the next year.
