My dogs used to do something like that.
They were fed in separate bowls.
While they were eating, one would suddenly bark and run to the door.
When the other followed, the first dog would go back and eat the second dog’s food.

Our dogs used to do something like that. Whenever they found a snake, one would bark at it and get it’s attention while the other one would go around behind it and grab it

Somehow, I don’t think the butcher would leave his product out of the cooler and available for theft, unless he has the same attitude She has.

That’s very good. Ours tried something like that, only it wasn’t a snake, it was a skunk. You know how that turned out…glad we had tomato juice handy.

Fred is in a win win. He has plausible deniability if Yorky is caught and a good meal if he is not. Yorky has all the risk and half the reward.

Yes, we can guess how that turned out all right. By the way, know what works just as good as, if not better than tomato joice without all the mess that tomato juiice leaves? Lemon juice! Yep, just make *strong lemonade*, without any sugar of course, with Real Lemon or even squeeze real lemons and rub it into the fur all over the dog. Or, if he got sprayed only in a certain area, just soak it into that area. It’s a lot cleaner, more pleasant way to go. The lemonade won’t damage your carpet or furniture the way tomato juice does, it smells better, fresh and “lemony” and it does a very good job of getting rid of the skunk smell. I’ve used to soooo many times!
