I wouldn’t expect a band like that to be playing, “Who Let the Dogs Out?”

I grew up with a bassett named Hilda who was my constant companion until I went to school. She would just love to march with the high school band each afternoon and would resort to baying loudly until someone let her out. The band director would bring her home after practice was over.
