It was warm today in Southern California, I saw plenty of women wearing shorts. Fortunately, a lot shorter than his.

Coming from Portland OR, I’m glad his shorts are under the overalls.

Today’s shorts are more like baggy pedal pushers (showing my age Hera).

I could have lived just fine without ever thinking about what Frazz wears under his jump suit. Especially before I’ve finished breakfast.

I went to school in four different states, never encountered one where shorts were against the dress code.

Calvin got mad when Hobbes suggested he wear shorts, because he was already. Of course, that means all his classmates, even Moe, were also extraordinarily short-legged.

Now I really feel old – when I was in grade school, girls were only allowed to wear pants if the weather was very cold – we wore them under our dresses, and had to take them off in the bathroom before going into the classroom. I remember in sixth grade, the school gave us a “pants day” near the end of the year – woo hoo!
