Frank and Ernest, created by Bob Thaves, chronicles the antics of two "everyman" characters who are anything but ordinary! They appear in different settings, time periods - even manifest as things and creatures other than people. The variety in the strip extends to their observations about a wide number of subjects.

Dang it all, yet another cannibal gag with the meal cooking in a big pot. Long-pig is so much better cooked over an open flame, NO POT.

They’re making Cannibals Soup

Does the guy in the pot remind anyone else of Boris Badenov?

@Rickapolis
Yeah, now that you mention it.

I’d rather have pot. Cannabis, not cannibal! ;-)

Is that why they are rushin to cook him?

I love this….. they don’t cook ‘em over a spit because it would be obvious then that they shouldn’t be wearing clothes, or be alive.
I remember a Popeye cartoon; he was in the pot being cooked and he said “This is em-bare-a-skin.”
