Frank and Ernest, created by Bob Thaves, chronicles the antics of two "everyman" characters who are anything but ordinary! They appear in different settings, time periods - even manifest as things and creatures other than people. The variety in the strip extends to their observations about a wide number of subjects.

I see lots of efficiently-minded people on the streets.
Actioning their blinkers while they turn.

I thought our city had the market cornered on these folks. : )
we also have those who hit their brake then go into the turn lane, THEN turn on the signal. Or drive for three blocks IN the turn lane.

I like driving for miles with my left turn signal on.
The salesman guaranteed it to work for life.
