Frank and Ernest, created by Bob Thaves, chronicles the antics of two "everyman" characters who are anything but ordinary! Actually, the chef should not write obscene words on what is public display.
While “CHICASEE” would be a made up word, the “F” word is another way of saying the word for “having sexual intercourse.”
The script writers of the family hour TV comedy shows are using that word and the adult actors are saying them, too, in front of the child actors on the show.

Joe, isn’t that almost like saying “oh my gosh” instead of “oh my god”? Doesn’t God know that you’re almost saying his name in vain, and thus breaking a commandment? So, if you think that you’re fooling God and saying “oh my gosh”, then who cares if you say frickin? I’ve heard 5 year olds say “Darn it!”. Is that okay, or should they be punished for saying something close to a word they shouldn’t be saying? If they should be punished, try explaining why those particular words are “bad”. I don’t think that a child would understand would frickin means.
