A sad commentary on TV. They will try anything no matter how bad. Just witness “reality” shows. At least this one should be amusing

First the Star Wars Christmas special, now this? Is nothing sacred?

And this is topical again, with the new Hobbit movie coming out.

I kind of like this idea! I want to see the abominable snow man against one of the Uruk-hai.

Whatever may be sacred, business will find ways to exploit it. Profits are the only things sacred to business. As the new pope stated, they/we worship a god of money.

: D Bumbles bounce! I don’t think Uruk-hai ever bounce… although they could all probably use Herbie’s dental skills.

Nicely drawn strip today. I got the gist at first glance before I started reading.

    @ Bruno
Did you see the “Lady Gaga and the Muppets” holiday show? It hurts to think I wasted time on it. Basically a promo for Gaga’s new album. It was so self-promoting that we started a drinking game: every time somone said “Lady Gaga.” Bah on Disney for selling out the Muppets.

It’s the Golden Rule: whoever has the gold makes the rules. In this case, anything to make a buck.
