Cannot wait to find out how fast is 0.01 seconds. Better yet, 0.00000000000000000000… {pant, pant} …00001 seconds.

Hey! Maybe it’s the other one whose muscles are too slow when pressing the button!

it is like those people who tweak their cars to go a little faster on their 0-60 time. from 4.1 seconds to 4.09 seconds.

Getting to the stop light that extra hundredths of a second before everyone else.

Wouldn’t that just make Jason’s time seem better than it actually is? Marcus says “go” takes, say, .01 seconds to push the button. If Jason really does take .09 seconds to raise his hand, then the clock would then say .08 seconds had passed.

Don’t forget that Marcus has to push the button again to stop the watch.

Still about 1 full minute faster than anyone else in the class!

I knew a man once that had a car which could go over 200mph. You could watch the gas gauge move at that speed. Back in the 70’s, that wasn’t as much of a problem as it is now.

Pack it in Jason. Time to hang up the slide rule. End your career on a high note. Pass on the pocket protector on to the next generation. Maybe you can get a job in coaching, or perhaps announcing chess matches.

Typical reaction tests clock average people at around 0.3-0.5 seconds. 0.09 is an exaggeration.
