I only buy Dell. They are still good computers. Just bought an all-in-one and I love it! Good value for the money. For the 23" touchscreen with i7, 8G DDR RAM, 2T 7200 rpm HDD, built-in DVD burner… $200 less than comparable HP or Acer machine. Way cheaper than iMac (which has no DVD drive, is i5 processor and is not even touch screen)

The Dell laptop I’m writing on now is about 5 years old and has been overheating and shutting down for over a year. I have to put the thing up on 4 little bowls at the corners, put an ice pack on the table on the computers’ right side, and put a fan, blowing from the right side, to keep the thing from overheating.
We took it to be fixed and were told “Nothing wrong with it.”

I had a Dell that I had gotten back in 2009. It just crashed and died in September last year. It was a pain because every time I called Dell whenever something was wrong I would get the runaround. I now have a Samsung laptop that I love! Never again will I buy a computer from Dell had problems from the beginning.

Dell had horrible cust. service for regular consumers, unless you had the bussiness line number and could get a human in the U.S. :D
