    Jason (for a nifty price) could probably help with Peter’s word problem.

    Math? Shouldn’t Andy be saying, ’It’s been a long time since I took English.
    (Why bother, she’ll probably never go to England. Just like Homer … oh, wait, he did go to England.)

    @night ranger

    When were these strips first run ? This may have been “pre-Google” (or even Alta Vista or other Internet search engines …). It’s not even clear that the Fox household is connected to the Internet in these strips.

    Learn it, and then Microsoft will decide to change it in a year anyway. That’s why I only update software when I absolutely have to—apparently the Microsoft engineers think people have nothing better to do than learn new software every year or so. And don’t even get me started on the expense.

    @cubefarmer / @ajr58, while MS doesn’t offer Word for iFruit’s, they do for iMacs :-)

    It’s called the help section for a reason. I know one person that completely taught themselves how to use the whole Office suite by using Help and just playing around, then she went and got her IT degree.

    Nice! Correction tape works a bit better and is easier to move as the lines shift.
