    Cut it out, you guys! I still use a VCR every day and bought four tapes two days ago.

    The year that program came out was the year my mom got a brand-new shiny aluminum Christmas Tree. My sister and I pooled our allowances and bought a small (like 2 ft.), scrawny green artifical tree.

    I’m with Furienna, both VCRs and videotapes still exist alongside DVDs.

    Yes they both exist, I tape things regularly, I have a dvd/vcr combo. Walmart still carries the tapes for sale.

    “Generations?” Let’s see… it had been about 40 years when this comic was written… I would barely call it that since it had only been 1.5-2 generations. :-s

    @Furienna

    none of the stores have a DVR that does not require a subscription (TIVO or through cable or sattelite) so If you want to record anything there is only outdated technology available If you dont have cable/sat or dont want to pay for a subscription

    It was on national TV a month ago, uncut. And being a Christian, that’s the only way I’l take it.
