I wonder what caused Mom to get a new gray hair?

Touché, Paige. (I, being 28, got freaked out after someone told me at least I didn’t get a grey hair after accidentally snipping a power cord of a dead tested appliance which caused quite electrical shock; I forgot the unit was still plugged in).

Ha! My daughter couldn’t use that on me. I’m proud of my grey hairs!

“Is that another new wrinkle?”

Like many in my family, I’ve had a handful of white hairs since my twenties. Looked kind of weird having almost black hair with ten or twenty white streaks. Or in the summer, red-orange with ten or twenty white streaks.

I turned white headed before I was 30, for a time I looked like a living member of one of those anime that have young people with white hair.

Some men’s hair turns gray, others just turn loose.

My parents’ hair is turning silver, just like my grandparents on both sides…well, the one that’s still alive anyway.

My wife has had grey and then white hair since her twenties also. I describe her as platinum blonde.

One nickname I had was “Red” but I thought it was my skin since I looked red faced all the time. My hair was never red but reddish. Listed as “blond” on my drivers license. Didn’t have much in the way of freckles either. Just burn baby burn when I stayed out longer than 10 minutes.
