So “Duke Quakem” has 666 levels. I suggest a heaping bowl of “Quake” cereal before he continues.

Can he get to the next save area in 20 minutes?

This being a classic comic strip,
let me inform you posters that “Duke Quakem” is a parody of the once popular video game “Duke Nukem” from back in the mid 1990’s,
I believe. The popular video game now here in the 21st century seems
to be “Guitar Hero”. (Did I spelled that right?)

Actually, Duke Quakem would be a parody of Duke Nukem and Quake, both popular video games of the mid to late 90’s.
While Guitar Hero is popular, Jason is more of a World of Warcraft or God of War type. Peter’s the Guitar Hero guy…

And there’s still rumors of another Duke Nukem coming out. But those rumors have been around for decades.

Super Bowl Sunday! Out of my way, kiddo!

Jason has it right, video games are better than watching sports on TV.

Duke Quakem? 666? I get it… play this comic backwards and you shall see a picture of NATAS himself!! (Autographed no doubt.)
Our dear son Roger Tubbsbottl very much likes God of War, his son likes Guitar Hero. Me, I prefer watching Blondie Hits the Jackpot.

I’m sure Andy wouldn’t mind Jason playing “Chamber Orchestra Hero”

If you think missing the Interviews is bad, you might just miss the entire Super Bowl. I know Jason, he’ll be up all night playing the game, and might just start the game over when he’s done.
