LOL the book is called “The Joy of Tofu”.
Andi, Andi, Andi…

I have some tofu recipes that are truly joyous. Orange Chicken-Style Tofu. Smothered Tofu and Onions. Tofu Piccata. You can find the 1st three on www.vegweb.com the last: http://www.recipezaar.com/Tofu-Piccata-88599
Tofu absorbs all the seasonings. They don’t just sit on top like they do with a piece of dead animal.

PurpleVegan, all your recipes sound delicious. All I needed to do was substitute the word tofu with chicken.

Whenever I complained about the meal being served, my parents showed me the PB&J. That’s the “choice” the kids get.

Right on, Lisa. “Gareth and Lynette” is the particular story.
Your henweigh is in the mail.
Oops, no…we have the same last name. Relatives were ineligible for the contest. :(
