    The Senataurs are not yet extinct, but they will soon as term limits set in. They will go nicely next to the Centaurs and Minotaurs.

    Need to implement term limits, reduce pay, and eleminate pension, free medical and travel benefits. make them pay into SSI, buy health insurance and travel commercial at their own expense. Was supposte to be public SERVICE and a sacrifice to serve, then go back to private sector, NOT a career.

    Term limits are the opposite of the answer. Eliminating the ability of corporations and other groups to make unlimited contributions is the only way to preserve our democracy.

    All that alone would make them few and far between with addition of artificial term limits. It should be a job not a means of accruing wealth and power. Also they must research and type out what the bills are themselves.
