   Semaphore is supposed to be silent. It’s communicating with flags being waved in definite patterns that are meant to signify letters of the alphabet. I remember studying it in Boy Scouts nearly 40 years ago.

    I flagged why are those spammers still at it. I sent email to gocomics about it. complaining don’t know if it will do any good.
