You may wish to recall what God did to the complaining Jews under Moses. We still have a few more years in the wilderness as long as we keep complaining about the leaders HE gives us.

vote the rules are not made by the people who won they are made by the people who voted. Why do you think the middle class gets the shaft

In god’s world there are no elections, just celestial appointments.

HE didn’t give us Obama; he let us have him. HUGE difference. You’ll recall God gave Israel a king; but it wasn’t His first idea. He wanted to lead them. And the United States doesn’t need a King Barry.

He also gave us Saul…excuse me, Bush. he will give us what we need to learn and grow or what we deserve.

God gives people the leaders they deserve. Makes you think doesn’t it?

Makes me think you like easy answers even if they are self serving to your psychology.

Although voting may grant a person the right to complain, every right does not need to be exercised to its’ fullest

Yes. “Everyone has a right to be stupid. Some just abuse the privilege.”

Has the US ever voted a President OUT?
bmonk said, 6 months ago
@pcolli
A few. Carter comes to mind, and the first Bush. Gerald Ford never did get elected. Back in the 1800s, Grover Cleveland lost to Benjamin Harrison, and then Harrison lost to Cleveland.

@bmonk
But were they voted out by the people or the senate or whatever the legislative body is called? (Please excuse my ignorance of the US system.)
bmonk said, 6 months ago
@pcolli
Both. The people voted for the Electoral College, knowing who the College will vote for, and then the Electoral College had the actual election. So the people as a whole, in their 50 states, voted them out.
