In September of 1991, Mike Morgan began drawing For Heaven’s Sake!, a comic strip published in the religion section of The Macon Telegraph. The weekly cartoon celebrates the faith and pokes fun at the foibles of the characters who make up the congregation of "Mainline Memorial Church."

I heard a pastor once say “once a member is past a certain age, it’s acceptable for him to let a hymnal do the talking.” I thought he’d taken a few too many to the head!

Do any of you remember the early radio broadcasts of Oral Roberts when he transmitted The Word of God? He would always say, “Feeeel the Power of God! Put your hand on the radio!”
So whenever I hear a preacher really preaching it up, I just say, “Put your hand on the radio!”
People look at me kinda weird-like.
