It’s an experiment to see how many people I can gross out in 15 minutes.

    Ewwww

For sure. I’m surprise the neighboring lockers didn’t stink up as well and kiddies did not complain.

    Lynn’s Notes:

Not so long ago I was wandering around one of the local high schools — waiting for the robotics team to run one of their competition models (I am such a fan!) when someone opened a locker. The familiar smell sent me back in time to days of lunch bags, gym strip, foolscap and gum. They say that you don’t forget smells, so test yourself: think of new Pink Pearl erasers, a doll’s saran hair, pencil shavings, crayons and wax lips…do they bring back memories?

I’ll never forget the rank smell of rotten gym clothes in the locker room. And we had an hour of gym every day, in addition to sports that were heavily pushed. So that was a lot of misery. Some of the guys would get depressed by that smell. They would hang their head, look at the floor and try to get out fast. But you could see that strong smell invigorate the football coaches like a potent drug. They would puff up and inhale the air and then become loud and animated. To each his own I guess.
