Budgetting actually is very easy, life has taught me. Write down your income. Add ten percent. That should equal your expenditure.

Well I was doing well on the write down your income and subtract 10% (it goes in savings) until the first of the yr when SSI taxes went up (up roughly 4% for me), insurance is going up (3.5%), then found out rent is going up (another 4% +), groceries just went up (about 3%) and of course gas has no where to go but up. The best part…my income…we were told maybe no raises this year but at least I have a job right? So there goes my 10% into savings.

Huh unless it change, kids up to 18 years are cover. In those time, dentists did not make as much as today. The ethic, not the greed, was the common denominator. Now dentists most dentists charge for more than necessary or useless things.

Oops! I guess she got caught up in the excitement of a paycheck! And don’t forget about those pesky taxes that they take out too.

@Jo P – I agree. I’ve had to take my kids to 3 dentists because 2 of them kept trying to push things on them that were totally unnecessary. The last one infuriated me because they took unnecessary and excessive x-rays without letting me know, and I only found out after we left them. The excess radiation is harmful and there was no reason for it! (we all have NO problems with our teeth that need to be investigated)

Because Dentists make a finite amount of money, and if you spend more than that finite amount, you are being fiscally irresponsible.
