    You don’t have to train to be an athelete, to stay in decent enough shape to live well and avoid health complications. Just walk, 3 or 4 times a week, around 45 minutes. And as my Dr. says, “stride, not stroll”.

    I’ve lost 10 pounds so far, with a goal of 30 more. The doc says it can be done.

    Loosing weight is easy. You just need to eat less and exercize more. I just don’t care to do either.

    My wife was sent to a fitness program before they could do knee surgery.
    Overlooking a heart problem, she left in an ambulance!

    Good for you if I drop 1 pd I gain more back and I’m careful on portions. Now winter time I walk around the house. + next week have less time taking on-line classes. I have an exerice machine wish had wheels then I could go further outside in less time.
