    Lynn’s Notes:
    This part of the story was right on. Our small group was put to the test. Our instructor pushed us to go past our limit as often as possible, and with each other for support, we didn’t give in. It would have been too embarrassing.

    You don’t have to train to be an athelete, to stay in decent enough shape to live well and avoid health complications. Just walk, 3 or 4 times a week, around 45 minutes. And as my Dr. says, “stride, not stroll”.

    I’ve lost 10 pounds so far, with a goal of 30 more. The doc says it can be done.

    Loosing weight is easy. You just need to eat less and exercize more. I just don’t care to do either.
