    Way to cut that rant short (and make Elly feel about two inches tall in the process)!

    If you listen to Rev. Stark Jones, most of his children were glorious accidents.

    This is the kind of incident that you look back on and cherish.

    LOL. When Liz is in 2nd or 3rd grade she will learn that a word beginning with a vowel should be preceded by an “an,” not an “a.” Unless they’re starting to teach those things in Kingarten now. I remember when Kindergarten was just playing; Nowadays they’re teaching arithmetic and reading in K.

    God doesn’t have “accidents” when he helps to create a new life.

    My mother use to say ts things like that to me … It has had less then loving effect on me “Why did I ever have kids?” Not a good thing to say to a kid!

    Lynn’s Notes:
    I loved make up when I was a kid — I still do. I had a friend whose mom worked for Avon. She gave us all her old samples — the best gift ever! When my daughter Katie came along I started to keep all of the make-up I didn’t use so she and her friends could play with it. Interestingly, Katie had little interest in such things and preferred to putter about with her dad in his workshop!

    @richardkel

    It is in fact an involved process of the barriers of protection being lowered so that the one spermatozoa can bond with the egg of the woman. Otherwise the foreign cells would be rejected.
