    Churros are excellent…. choux pastry deep fried and covered with sugar and cinnamon (as @Brent Dotson says). Best with thick Spanish chocolate.

    Although the reason why I only called it a “cinnamon stick” (though it is quite more than that) was for a play on the old adage about “shaking a stick at something”….
