It also seems Mr. Brown’s name is very apt….

I bet the bag is full of Mr. Brown’s neighbor’s dog’s “business” that’s been left on Mr. Brown’s yard.

Old Charles Brown hasn’t been the same since his Beagle died.

If it has an opening on one side, odds are good that the hinges fall to the other side, as well…

Why would anyone build a roof with hinges, anyway?

It makes it much easier to clean inside.

With the kennel having overhanging “eaves” and being right against the fence….how would he have opened it?

It appears that there is barely enough room to open and close the roof. The poor dog is running from the imminent dump and I agree that even if it WERE a dumpster, you don’t use the one on neighbor’s property (although if the trucks go by on my side of the street before I get it to the curb, I may wheel mine across the street and wait the 15 or 20 for them to return and bring it back. Sometimes a neighbor or my own landscapers put stuff in mine because as one person I seldom fill it entirely (the recycle one I only put out when at least 1/2 full). I keep that bright blue in the garage because it does not blend in landscape (and because the recycle stuff is all rinsed -no smells).
