F Minus is a profoundly funny comic strip that was chosen by more than 200,000 college students as the winner of the "mtvU Strips" contest. Providing daily hilarity since May 2005, F Minus is a strip short on life lessons, precious moments, and pearls of wisdom. Instead, it tackles life's serious issues, pins them to the ground and steals their lunch money. Then it feels a little bit guilty and gives some of it back.

Now THAT’s proactive thinking. I like the cut of your jib, young man!

Once I put up “lost” posters with a picture of Cujo: “If found, be careful. Please do not return.”

Jibs are only on an obsolete form of transportation. This implies the speaker is grotesquely out of date in their metaphors. If coming from a person implied to be in a superior station in life it does not speak well for their ability to connect with the current generation. If they are n officer in a publicl traded company it would be well to dump the stock now, before their obsolescent life view takes down the company. .. or just laugh at the idiot.

Unless you’re unfamiliar with the simplest of nautical references, I’m laughing at you.

So that’s why people leave signs up until they are tattered and unreadable!
