F Minus is a profoundly funny comic strip that was chosen by more than 200,000 college students as the winner of the "mtvU Strips" contest. Providing daily hilarity since May 2005, F Minus is a strip short on life lessons, precious moments, and pearls of wisdom. Instead, it tackles life's serious issues, pins them to the ground and steals their lunch money. Then it feels a little bit guilty and gives some of it back.

Vandalism’s probably the only thing, if something was actually damaged.
Don’t underestimate our DAs to find something that doesn’t fit the circumstances, though. Part of the reason Deschutes County tossed their last DA was going outside of the law.

They went and checked what he was pouring from that jar?

And if all the legal thrillers I read are remotely accurate as to their courtroom proceedings, his lawyer is going to ask what their education in identivying human urine is so they could identify it at a distance and have probable cause to arrest him.

Nowadays one can be arrested for anything, at anytime, anywhere. It’s more about “revenue enhancement” and job security than law and order.

So get ‘im on a littering charge. It’s not a first amendment right to pollute, so local ordinances have a right and power to codify a community standard of conduct. It’s called for the common good.

Agree X 2
@Zuhlamon – pouring an unidentified liquid out of a jar is littering? I could be wrong, but if it is going to disappear on its own in 20 minutes, how can that be considered littering?
