If you don’t like a smell, don’t sniff.

It’s definitely bath time for Farley.

Doggie perfume! My dogs would go down to the river and roll in dead fish. They loved the way they smelled after that! Not me…it meant lots of work to clean them up. And, if you didn’t keep them in, they would go BACK and do it again, because you washed all the “good” smell off of them.

Anyone seen the “brain diagrams” which show how a dog’s brain works. Two prominent lobes in dog’s brain are “chasing stuff” and “love of putrid”–and the latter is divided into “eating it” and “rolling in it”!

Macushlalondra. I am with you on this one. I predict Farley will be bathed by Saturday. Unfortunately that still leaves Friday for another “Farley smells bad” strip.

A good side to being a cat owner. ;) (One of the many, mind you!)

If you can find a cat that barely sheds, or that doesn’t shed at all… perfect.

Or I think that smell could be from skunk!

Note: this is one strip which has been “updationed”–see Lawrence’s use of the word “hurl”, a post-1990 Americanese word almost never used in Canuckese!

it doesn’t matter what language you use farley still stinks, time for a tomato juice bath if it is from a skunk
