Meet Aaron McGruder’s The Boondocks: Huey and Riley Freeman, Jazmine DuBois, and Huey’s best friend, Caesar. This comic strip reflects the racial diversity and complexity of our world. Combining Huey’s childish antics with contemporary political and social satire, the strip explores the terrain where dashikis and Brand Nubian CDs meet The Gap and Hanson.

NRA members do NOT brag about killing for fun. Do comic strip writers brag about slandering for fun? This one should!

Yeah, but the record deal sounds cool. Can you picture LaPierre getting down with some hip-hop?

Excuse me rbethune1, but if NRA members don’t brag about killing for fun, what is that twelve point buck’s head doing hanging on the wall? Sounds (or looks) like bragging about killing for fun to me.

It is appropriate to find the nra in the comics. Both offer fiction and fantasy.

Did anyone hear that, if Charlton Heston had not become ill, the NRA was going to finance a remake of his most famous movie? It would have been retitiled “The Nine Commandments”.
