    What he means is that he wants David Letterman’s writers to have the same freedom that Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly give their staffs. Remember all those hilarious “Gimme some drugs!” jokes Rush told? And I love the way O’Reilly will just yell “Staff meeting!” and then pick up the prop phone on his desk and start breathing heavily into it.

    Letterman’s fans are mostly just your typical amoral porn viewers. We expected outrage from them? Please. Read all the comments which will get posted here. Mostly it’ll be variations of “so what” from the usual sociopathtic mass of feminized males who no more understand manhood than does your average dog.

    The concept that it’s wrong for people in authority to fornicate with their subordinates is totally alien to them. Bark, bark, bark!

    Actually the concept that there is ANYTHING right or wrong, good or evil, connected with human sexuality is foreign to them. Other than of course being 100% morally sure that homosexuality is something wonderful which must be both celebrated and defended.

    PS Rush Limbaugh never told any “gimme some drugs” jokes during his entire radio and television career. Nor can i imagine O’Reilly doing what you hinted at. The fact some liberal chick staffer tried to blackmail him when he DIDN’T have sex with her is well documented. Try making up something less ridiculous about men whose shoes you are not worthy to stoop down and untie…

    DL makes $40 million per year. That’s the equivalent to you and me buying the most sexy beautiful hooker on the planet for the price of a jelly bean. Who could resist that kind of temptation? And these were probably just ordinary women in the office throwing themselves at him like the homely one he made a baby with. Sure he’s a slime ball but put yourself in his position and see how long you’d stay squeaky clean. Be my guest and cast the first stone.

    At least the ones “getting a little” weren’t behind the horrors of the centuries long Inquisition, or witch hunts, or starting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq to get their rocks off. Sexual repression has led to a lot more wars, and inappropriate expression of hormonal imbalance, than a sense of humor and freedom of “expression”. Seeing a boob is a lot less damaging than being “one”.

    I don’t watch Letterman or any other “entertainment” television. It’s all garbage to me. I prefer to read or otherwise be actively involved with whatever I am doing.

    I am aware of Letterman and familiar with his Top 10 Lists only because other media outlets have featured him. Even Fox News has played snippets of his Top 10 Lists before, usually to drive home a satirical point…

    Their words speak for themselves, exactly as i predicted. As does the news clips I watched where Letterman confessed his sexual immorality to the audience and was wildly cheered, applauded, celebrated, encouraged.
