   Sorry Howdy, but Horsey’s a moderate. He’s drawn any number of cartoons critical of the Obama administration. For example the one featuring a dinosaur labeled, ‘Obama Deficits’

   Simon_Jester has a point : a majority on both sides of the aisle in the US Congress are beholden to campaign contributors like the insurance industry and therefore do their bidding. The elephant here is a Siamese twin, with a donkey head on the «left» side….
