The governor of California would be happy to accept their share. Also, interesting news from the Huffington Post
Rep. Joseph Cao, the Republican who replaced Democrat William Jefferson (in a heavily African-American and Democratic district), now faces a recall petition over his stimulus opposition by a group of ministers. Cao had indicated that he would be voting in favor of the controversial legislation but instead voted against it. Papers have been filed with the Office of the Louisiana Secretary of State.

Didn’t the Governor of Louisiana say, “Thanks, but no thanks?”

And in Florida, all the Republican reps who voted against the stimulus bill have signed a letter with all the Democratic reps asking for a waiver to get some of the funds. Have they no shame?

Whoa, Libs! So Dems that opposed SECURITY should leave the country? Make room Humphries!

Folks, the Amen’s should go to Danziger and his toon. :)

The usual suspects are so busy praising anything that remotely attacks Republicans that they missed the misspelling in this ‘toon.

Machado - you mean “Explantions,” I presume?
And TLDoc: We didn’t oppose Security. Bush did. He’s the one that multiplied terrorists fourfold while missing Osama bin Laden to go after Iraq instead.

It’s four. Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and (surprise) Alaska. At least they are the ones making all the noise. I’m betting when it gets down to it, they’ll end up grabbing as much of hte money as they can.

ANandy comments: What became of the opposition to the “separation of church and state”?
