Pulitzer Prize editorial cartoonist Signe Wilkinson spread her wings and created Family Tree, allowing her to write and draw outside the left/right, headline-driven box of daily editorial cartooning. A contemporary family comic strip, it chronicles the humorous challenges that Ames, Maggie, Twig and Teddy encounter when trying to live "green" and with environmental purpose.

In Philly, I, too, would send checks to Verizon, PECO Energy and Philadelphia Gas Works (if you live in the suburbs, PECO does the gas, too, and you get a combined bill).
On the other hand, with both Verizon and Comcast, you get your cable, internet and phone all together these days.
I’ve never had a credit card in my life – not by choice – I never had “sufficient credit history” to get one!
