Good morning, Vagabonds. My friend from Azerbaijan has arrived via Turkey. Today we plan to play Scrabble in Turkish. Tomorrow is the 9th of Av, a fast day commemorating the destruction of both temples in Jerusalem. Although my friend is Muslem (he’s NOT fasting during Ramadan) we plan to go to a synagogue of Jews from the Caucasus Mountains in Brooklyn called the "Gorsky (Russian for “mountain”) Synagogue.

    Morning, Vagabonds.
That’s good of your friend to go with you to the synagogue.

    Good morning Vagabonds.
Sun this morning, but the triple H starts anew.
Arye, that is the way we all should be, but you are the exception, and I hope that we all are the exception too.
    Peace to all.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

It’s Monday. And that’s about all I have to report. Everyone have a great day and see you tomorrow.

Good Morning, Everyone in the Village,

Arye, it is good to hear about your friend. It seems that we in the village are a peaceful sort of humanity, and it is a pleasure to know each other!

I love playing Scrabble………have a hard enough time in English, and wouldn’t even attempt it in Polish! I only remember a few words, and wouldn’t even attempt to spell them. :))

Currently 80 here @ the lake, and the same for the rest of the week- soooo- swimming & motorboating for the next several days for my schedule, after my afternoon walk.

Stay cool and enjoy another day on Earth

    Good afternoon to all Vagabonds:
Today is the start of our new heat wave that is supposed to last through Sat. and then go to the 80s on Sun. Everyone stay out of the hot sun and take it easy.
