   Good morning, Vagabonds. I finally got my tax papers together. Either today or tomorrow I’ll go to IRS in Downtown Miami to have them figure out my taxes.

   @Arye. I’ve always done my own taxes, but for the last couple of years, I’ve used Turbo Tax.

   An old Tech Story: Back in the early 90’s, Microsoft tried to buy Intuit – but the U.S. govt. sued (antitrust issues) and MS dropped its acquisition plans & settled with Intuit. Way back then, I figured if Microsoft had wanted Intuit, the latter company must have some pretty good software (e.g. Quicken, QuickBooks & TurboTax).

   Ugh!!!!! Taxes first thing in the morning!
   We’ll gather all our stuff by the end of the month, and send them off to our old accountant. I had my own business years ago, and this guy is like family. We let him pull his hair out. :))
   

   
   Got down to 5 degrees during the night. 19 now. Everything looks so pretty coated in white. But, that won’t last….supposed to be in the 40’s all week.

   I, too have done my own taxes for years. I couldn’t do it without Turbo Tax, even if I am an accountant!

   Hello everyone: Here in New England if you don’t like the weather, just wait 15 min. Well it took a little longer than that, but it is now 40 degrees and raining, making everything slushy.
