   Good morning, Vagabonds. I got to Ft Lauderdale Airport very early for my flight. My flight was comfortable; I got my suitcase within minutes and then went to the ATM to get pesos for my 4 hour bus trip to Merida. The machine ate my card and there was no one around who could help. Fortunately, I also had dollars and I changed enough of them for the bus ticket. And fortunately my hotel took my credit card without withholding a percentage fee. Now I’m unpacking after having a good night’s sleep.

   Morning, Village.
   Rained all night. Rain predicted throughout the day with a flash flood watch until tomorrow morning. But we’re not concerned about flooding here. We have a creek with a man-made lake in the middle of our community that takes care of excess water pretty well.

   Our last day of “Spring”! We got up to 40 yesterday! Hurray! Today should also be great, but that pesky cold front is moving in tonight, and will bring us VERY cold temps for the next 5 days.

   Clear and cool here today. As Rita said, the last day of “spring”. Tomorrow should be about 15 degrees cooler. Ah, well, I can’t complain. It only gets below freezing and night and I have some very nice thick blankets.

   GOOD AFTERNOON YA’LL

   @Ayre- Are you going to be able to get your card back? That
   happen once to me, but I was at the bank, so I went inside
   and they retrived it . terrible feeling- hope you can get it.

   I know it probably won’t last, but were into middle 70’s now
   and going to the 80’s for the weekend, not complaining as
   my seasonal cottage area in upstate NY- has couple feet of snow and temps 20-40 deg

   I mentioned on Fox Trot- check out Mother Goose & Grimm
   comic today :-)
