Hola! Still raining here. Lauderdale Air show was rained out on Sunday…but it’s coming back next year.
There’s some action at the port this morning as the Fleet Week ships leave (with help from the tugs). Big ship on the Pier 66 camera is the USS Wasp (hasn’t moved yet). Go back and forth between live port cam and live 66 cam by using < > at top left of picture.

Thanks for the link, Florchi. As of this a.m., that was a Harrier Carrier being pushed around. I have to assume she is the next to leave port.

Last day of getting ready for our next big trip. Flying out at 5:55 a.m. tomorrow to visit our gang in Raleigh. Shall I wave from the plane as we pass over your city?

    GOOD AFTERNOON YA’LL

@florchi- My oldest son did his nine month cruise for the Navy
on the “Wasp” I met him in Norfork VA. when it was over. I got
to tour the whole ship, it’s amazing what our tax dollars can
do. It carries Navy as well as Marines.
