REX MORGAN: At least Milton is listening to Rex. It would be a breach of medical ethics for Rex to discuss Milton’s condition with his wife even if she is a nurse.

APT3G: $500? That’s what politicians spend without even accounting for it.

MARY WORTH: I hope Tom and Beth put 2 and 2 together and realize they both like each other and the wicked witch is trying to keep them apart. next, they need to develop a strategy for dealing with Elinor.

Mark Trail: At this point we have one unhappy wife.

FUNKY W: Les is stalled on the script due to writers’ block, but Darrin’s biological dad appears to be quite interested in the news of the upcoming movie about “Lisa’s Story”! (I am assuming that’s Darrin’s bio dad in the last panel.) @ JanCinLV – Thanks for the post re writers’ block on 4/16!
MARY WORTH: This accidental meeting has all sorts of possibilities and is fun to observe.
PHANTOM: Doesn’t look like the guy P. spoke to is passing on the warning. I wonder who the adventure’s title character, “The Aeronaut,” will turn out to be? Will P. himself be using a balloon or blimp to change down the drug cartel? ???

JUDGE PARKER: That’s a very interesting expression on Abbey’s face in the last panel. If we had a thought balloon to read what Abbey is thinking, it might be quite similar to what I’ve been thinking…and posting (if some sizable contributions are being made, it’s time to do a little investigating as to the legitimacy of Thalia’s water purification project).

I like this new format for Comics Kingdom. Here’re my reasons –
    1) Much faster! Yay!
    2) Allows me to download a strip after I zoom it.
    3) Keeps the Sunday-onlies running during the week.
    4) It just looks better.

And here are my comments for the day, FWIW.
Judge Parker – Agree with Florchi on this one. I see a look of distrust and suspicion in Abbey’s eyes.
Mark Trail – She gives up way too easily.

MARK TRAIL: I think enjoying the big outdoors and learning a technical sport such as fly-fishing are two different things. Enjoying the outdoors environment is one thing, and learning something new that isn’t real easy is something else. I love the outdoors – hiking, exploring, camping, canoeing, taking photos, relaxing, etc. – but am not at all sure I’d want to be pushed into trying to learn fly fishing. Avery & Sam might not agree, of course.

I list 14 comics as “favorites” on comics kingdom and they come on 5 pages. The new system lets me go directly to the page I want to reread. And I can go from Comment section back to the full list which didn’t happen before.
Judge Parker – Though Abbey seems to like Thalia, she does look concerned.
Rex – I would have thought Heather might have noticed some of these symptoms. Doesn’t June work in the office and have access to records?
Mark Trail – I wouldn’t even get into those boots. Just relax on the shore and read book.

Funky: Being relatively new to this strip, I don’t have any idea who the guy with the beer might be. However, either Lisa’s father or her baby-daddy might be interested in a teleplay that might name him as a bad guy. You can almost see the dollar signs, can’t you?
