APT3G: Both, LuAnn and the man have experienced a great loss.
REX MORGAN: Milton will now have to slow down.
MARY WORTH: I think the mother’s crabbiness is being exaggerated. In real life, even crabby, grumpy people aren’t that way 100% of the time. But don’t worry – Mary will mellow her!

PHANTOM: Looking good, Devil!!! Can P. use a gun to shoot the lock off the cage?
JUDGE PARKER: Neddy’s shirt looks like it is about to fall off.
MARK TRAIL: Today’s strip doesn’t move the story along, but panel 2 is nice. A commenter at jsonline says, “It must be rather difficult trying to find a van that says ‘Rod Bassy’ on the side in giant letters.” LOL
CRANKSHAFT: Well, there’s a dilemma! Of course, I doubt the tree-cutters would want to take down the tree during a storm.
TARZAN: The World II German soldier tells the story of the jeweled chest. BTW, I am still using my “Tarzan” postage stamps, but the artwork is such that folks don’t seem to realize that it’s Tarzan who is pictured below the profile of Edgar Rice Burroughs.

MARY WORTH: Elinor is narrow minded and shallow. Perhaps if she gets into some activities at Santa Royale she’ll get her mind set to other things.
PHANTOM: one of the two jailers may have the keys in their pocket
SPIDERMAN: I like the alter-ego shadows behind them
MEANING OF LILA: I’d rather meet a woman in a library than at a bar

Phantom: I hope that the jailer on the ground is not the one with the key in his pocket otherwise how will he unlock the cage.
Mary Worth: Mother seems to take pleasure in knocking her daughter down. She must have had a bad experience in life to make her this way.

3G- New side story in the making-maybe
MW- Elinor is very opinionated, even when not asked!!!
JP- Wilson & LeDoux don’t leave much to imagination when
they draw females- guess I’ll have to try and get use to it

Mary Worth – What I dislike most about Elinor is the way she puts down her daughter. Even if she doesn’t like romance novels, she should be supportive of her daughter’s work and pleased that she got published.

Judge Parker – My sympathy to Sweetbill for having to put up with this art work.
A3G – I wonder if the man’s son knew Gary.
Mary Worth – I’m surprised Mary reads romance novels. I’d think she’d get enough reading the letters to Dear Wendy. Why are there little dots on the table, the floor, the wall, or just floating around. Looks like insects. Sloppy art work or colorist, especially Mary’s black eyes.
Phantom – What happened to the other guy? Does Devil have him pinned down? How can Kit hold this one guy and get both guns?
Mandrake – I wonder what Jockomo said that put Sally back under his power.
*Funky*– The comic book store has always figured largely in this strip. The character currently featured worked there until he recently moved to New York. I believe he is having a dream about Flash Gordon.
