   JUDGE PARKER – See the Feb. 6 – 8 strips. All we know is that Neddy has a new friend, Thalia—a doctor working in Paris—who is beautiful and has a husband who is a HUNK. Presumably the “Dr. Clearing” mentioned in today’s strip is Thalia…but much remains a mystery.
