APT3G: Considering that Greg was sleeping, he awakened remembering Tommioe’s name pretty quickly. I thought they never awakened patients in hospital unless it was to give them sleeping pills.
MARY WORTH: They did win, but it should’ve been “the team of John (?) and Mary Worth.”
REX MORGAN: Nothing’s really happening here – the conversation is just summeries of past conversations.

MARK TRAIL: Do ya think something might show up on Mark’s pictures – something that wasn’t visible or noticed by the naked eye?
FUNKY W: A commenter at jsonline asks what happened to the Fred Fairgood story (“old man in the wheelchair stuck in his bedroom”)…apparently Sunday’s brilliant strip was the denouement of that storyline and we’re off in a different direction with different characters.
PHANTOM: Will P. wake up or be rescued?

TARZAN: @Teh – I jhave gone back to reading Tarzan and the desert adventure looks interesting. When I ask for “Tarzan Forever Stamps” or “Tarzan Stamps” at the post office, the clerks don’t know what I’m talking about. After I pointed them out on the wall display, one clerk said, “Oh…you mean the Edgar Allen Poe stamps”!

Phantom – This is rather inconsistent, I think. Human nature would demand that the thugs remove his mask, just out of curiosity.
Mark Trail – Florchi, maybe that’s it.
Judge Parker – The teenager is reminding the adult to add her to the insurance policy? Give me a break!
Mandrake – I think Sally is all right, physically. But she’s had her memory altered by Jockamo.

TARZAN: did you read the strip during Tarzan’s origin storyline?
Florchi said, 3 months ago
@Teh
TARZAN: Yes, I read the origin story and was reading the weekday strip when T. and Jane went to the city (Nairobi?) but fell away around the end of November…about the time the dinosaurs appeared. Now I’m back and perhaps I’ll find time to play catch-up and finish the “oil” story.

Delores, off-screen, is talking to June.

Funky – It does seem like an abrupt change in story lines, but they will probably return to Darin and his parents at some time in the future.

@Teh
I think you misread the strip. That was Delores speaking to June about Rex.

MW Is anyone surprised that “John Dill’s team” won the competition? Even with that pepto-bismol monstrosity?
Funky Why is Becky wearing her whistle at the convention?

Phantom: Maybe the lion that he helped before will save him.
Florchi said, 3 months ago
@PicaraJustina
PHANTOM: I was thinking earlier (and almost posted the thought) that maybe an animal will be involved in saving P. – Hero, Devil, or one of the lions.
