MARY WORTH Please don’t let the fallen cake be John and Mary’s! It wasr really a work of art. It may be just to put us, the readers in suspense, If it was John’s cake that fell, I’m sure Mary will be philosophical about it (“We tried and that’s the most important thing”).
APT3G: I hate when people say “We have to talk.” Just say it. It’s possible that the head nurse found out about Tommie’s apartment being burned and Margo in ER, but in that case the head nurse should say, “Tommie, I have something very important to tell you, let’s go to my office.”
REX MORGAN: Back to the party and on with the story.

MARK TRAIL: I seem to recall that the last time Rusty was taking pictures, he ended up tangling with some bad guys and with his life in danger because of what he had caught on film (the sinister aerial big-horn poachers episode).
FUNKY W: Like Fred’s son, Darin, I’m clueless on this one. I still don’t know all the strip’s characters. My guess is that the young man (“Bull”) in the strip yesterday holds the key to the answer about Fred’s daughter “Kerry.”
PHANTOM: I am still mystified as the why the miners want to use the “phantom” lions to run the villagers away, since the Queen gave them the rights to have their rare-earth mine. @woodworker – thanks again for your answer yesterday, which helped to jog my memory re P’s Nomad episode.
JUDGE PARKER: No comment.

A3G – “Thank goodness!” Tommie wasn’t at the apartment at the time of the fire, but two of her friends are in the hospital – Margo and Ari.
Mary Worth – Keeping us in suspense. There should be a better way of transporting the cakes, like a cart that was mentioned before. I find it a little hard to care; this story has been silly from the beginning.
Rex – I think their talk has done some good, but did it really need to take 6 days?
Judge Parker – Sophie’s face looks younger than I remember, and she’s really perky.

Marvee, I’m with you on a couple of points. Mary’s story is silly and Rex and Delores took ’way too long to have a short, simple conversation.
JP: Just wondering, are all of the female characters drawn like Barbie Dolls? (Except for Bea, of course, and even she had BD qualities sometimes.)

While my Spanish isn’t perfect, I doubt that Panel 3 above is a translation of “Who’s your Daddy?”.
“Quien es su Papa?”

Mark Trail: Rusty taking pictures may uncover what is going on between Rod and his partner.
@Florchi-I am with you as to why did the miners have to do what they did.
