REX MORGAN: June’s answer to Phoenix is very diplomatic.
MARY WORTH: Seems to me that two unrelated people of opposite sex walking arm in arm will soon develop a romantic interest. But I’m glad that Jim has a new arm.
APT3G: Margo is so believing.

MANDRAKE: “Mrs. Thomas B. Rivers.” I guess the solution to the first name mix-up is to never mention either “Cindy” or “Linda” again.
MARK TRAIL: It’s probably not a good idea for Mark to turn his back on Otto.
COMICS TIME: A lot of time passed quickly during the recent MARY WORTH story – enough time for Jim to go through the whole process of getting and learning to use a prosthetic. However over at REX MORGAN—while weeks were flying by for Dawn & Jim at MW—it’s still just a little past lunchtime on the first day of June & Rex’s “long weekend” in San Diego. “Comics Time” is a fluid thing, depending on the story.

PHANTOM: It was interesting to catch a recent newspaper article that the African lion’s savanna habitat has shrunk by 75% over the past 50 or so years, resulting in Africa’s lion population decline from 100,000 to approx. 32,000. Copy & paste link to read article:

Rex – Delores is feeling better now and acting better, opening up to June one on one. Yesterday she implied that Honey isn’t very intelligent.
A3G – How can Margo be so smug? What has she done for Greg that helped him get the part?
Mary Worth – Moy seems to be writing this for 80 year old women, and I’m only 78.
Phantom – Maybe the lion is settling down. Is Phantom going to try some more tranquilizer? Re: population – it’s a good thing Kit doesn’t kill.

Phantom If there is one thing that cats have mastered, it is the art of patience on a hunt. This lioness is settling in for the long haul.
JP Alan tried to give Randy space to tell Katherine the “good/bad news”. Now Randy is telling her "we all need to talk about it. These guys are wimps in the first degree.
