REX MORGAN: When I was in Norway, my comments were deleted twice; now that I’m back, let’s hope that everything is back to normal: how can it be assured that Iriss and Mabel won’t have a catfight in the room the jail has reserved for them to talk?
MARY WORTH: OK, Dawn, justr pack already?
APT3G: Will Scott reach Nina on time?

@Arye Uygur
Welcome home and thanks for sharing some of your trip with us. I haven’t had my cup of coffee yet, but is there a misprint in REX MORGAN? Isn’t that Iris saying, “Iris wants to speak to me?” (did she mean to say, “Mabel wants to speak to me?”). I’ll be back after I make the coffee.

FUNKY W: Welll….reporter Stanley did find explorer Livingston in the village of Ujiji on the east side of Lake Tanganyika in Tanzania – and Les is headed for Tanzania. It looks like we may get to go along to Africa….yea!
MARY WORTH: It would be great fun to go along to Italy with Wilbur and Dawn…but I still think we may end up staying with Mary and the “Ask Wendy” column (a back and forth storyline would be great …back and forth between Italy and Mary).

AFRICA: The distance from Ujiji (see FW comment above) to Mt. Kilmanjaro is approx. 550 miles. The mountain is east of the Ujiji /Kigoma area.. Love the Internet! In years past it would have taken the help of a reference librarian to come up with this information. Here’s the helpful site I found:

Judge Parker – Looks like the weather isn’t going to be the problem, but the shortcut is still ahead. Then there’s the condition of the cabins to worry about, and most worrisome of all – people.
Mary Worth – A back and forth storyline would be fun. Can/will Moy do it?
Phantom – Is Vincente realizing that his criminal lifestyle means he can’t take care of his own son?
Mandrake – Maybe he wouldn’t attract so much attention at the airport if he didn’t wear that tophat and the red scarf.

This is the second misprint in names. A few days ago, the lawyer called out to “Iris Foster” and now Iris is naming herself as wanting to talk to her.

@JanCinLV
What is Iris’ last name anyway? Her parents were Foster and Mildred Woods, but Iris married a stunt man or cowboy named Rusty and is a widow, so her last name should be Rusty’s name.
P.S. Are we ever going to learn more about Foster’s story, “Chasing Mildred”?
