    good morning and happy thursday locos. Still celebrating tabby’s bday month. In other news, we have Norooz (Persian New Year) in Iran – this goes on for 4 days, so pace yourselves. Mexico has Natalicio de Benito Juárez (which I thought we already celebrated) and South Africa has Human Rights Day.

    Morning all, there’s a Key Lime Pie recipe at “Brevity” today. I’ve made it several times, and it’s good!

    Project “Eat-Up-What’s-In-The-Fridge” will be over tomorrow. (Not that you knew it was going on.) Which means on Saturday I can start cooking some favourite dishes again.
    I’m thinking of starting with the “Sweet and Sour Spareribs” recipe that’s been in the family for years.

    Sounds like there is a lot of good stuff to be celebrating. I have an exam tonight, and will be celebrating its completion tonight, it will officially put me over halfway to my degree.

    JFri, it is nice to be able to root for a talented team like that. I will be preoccupied with all the college basketball for the next few weeks.

    I am in no hurry, so it is good to know that my spot is in reserve. And as I said, I’ll see you all up there, ‘cause it won’t be heaven without the LOCOS there. :-)
