    good morning and happy tuesday locos. I accidentally closed this window before saving and lost all the holidays we had to celebrate. Let’s see if I can remember them all. First, I thanked Shika about the update on Family Day. yesterday it was only celebrated in British Columbia, next Monday, 3 other Providences. It’s also the 3rd day of the Chinese New Year so the party can continue. Also, I wanted to wish Mr. Lincoln a happy birthday. He is turning a young 204 today. Finally, it’s Mardis Grove/Shrove Tuesday. Last day before Lent. Let’s see who can make it through all these celebrations.

    Akenta, I’m celebrating Pancake Tuesday by going to a pancake dinner at our church. Yum! I hope they serve real maple syrup. A Canadian twist on Shrove Tuesday).
    It is Ash Wednesday tomorrow. Not so much a celebration, but as the beginning of Lent, a day I will mark.
    When I was in New Orleans in 2009, it happened to be Mardi Gras. That’s quite different than how our church marks the day (blush).
