We went out last night and heard a great violinist named Geoffrey Castle. He uses an electric violin and as he plays he records himself and immediately plays back recorded refrains that repeat themselves and he uses them to accompany him. very fun evening.

4 people cooking in the kitchen? Didn’t it get crowded? Too many cooks can spoil the broth you know! :-)

Just one cook we had no pet in the making of the dinner. In about a half hour we are going to a little town near here for a fresh oyster eating event. Dry, I will send you the blurb.

Cleo that sounds like a great Sunday dinner. I wish I could have something like that.

We had a great outdoor oyster feast along with a couple of friends. I had to have every type available. We had some good wine and sat through snow flakes that became sunshine. The place is located on what they call a slough, but in reality is more of a canal that raises and lowers with the tide. A few ducks decided they wanted oysters too and sidled up to the shucking bar. LOL

How many types of oysters are there, cleo? Here is where I show my ignorance. I know there are a couple, but elaborate oh seafood Maestro!
